NINO Study

Introduction

Welcome to NINO Study 52 Week Bible study series, I encourage you to study with us in the group or use it on your own witch ever you prefer I assure you, again I am convinced that there is no other discipline that can do more to transform our life and make us more like Jesus, than to study and to apply God’s Word into our daily lives.

God’s word is not just informational but it’s also transformational! The Bible is to be internalized and to be put into practice. James encourages us to become

“Doers of the word” and not “hearers only.” (see James 1:22)

Jesus says both knowing and applying the Word is the foundation for our lives.

“Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Matthew 7:24 NIV.

To become Christlike, we must become living versions of God’s Word. God’s Word is not like any other book. It is alive. When we apply Scripture, we invite God to do what only He can do. One of our values as churches is being Bible Based in all that we do.

We uphold the authority of the Bible as our standard of instruction and practice.

This means the Bible must become the highest authority in the Christ follower’s life. In other words, God’s Word must always be the first and last word in our life.

My hope is that each Bible Study series will be very rewarding and enriching as you love, learn, and live God’s Word!
